Parents & carers will not be permitted on the course.
For thrill-seekers standing tall at over 1.2 meters in height – the Action Arena XXL awaits. Spanning an impressive 600 feet, this inflatable obstacle course beckons adventurers to embark on an unforgettable journey through a labyrinth of excitement and challenge.
With an hour-long time slot at their disposal, participants are granted unlimited access to conquer the course's myriad obstacles, each presenting its own unique test of skill and determination.
From navigating towering inflatable structures to dodging and weaving through twisting passages, there's no shortage of adrenaline-fueled thrills to be found.

TICKET HOLDER INFORMATION
Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before your session time. Please download the FIXR app and have your ticket barcode ready to scan on entry.
1. Please ensure you bring socks for those taking part on Action Arena. A spare pair is advised! Forgot your socks? No need to worry, we will have pairs available to purchase on the day.

2. We will have a range of delicious food available on-site this weekend including main meals, sweet treats & coffee stalls. We will also have seating area's available within the arena for those spectating & using the course. Toilets are located a short walk from the entrance of Action Arena in Racecourse Sports Ground. Our food & drink stands will be open from 9:30am - 6:30pm each day.

3. Please remember to arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your session starts. We recommend joining the queue 5-10 minutes before the session start time.
4. Before entering the course, please ensure you have removed all items from your pockets & used the toilet if needed. Once you've scanned your ticket, You will enter the Action Arena Zone which does not have toilets until you exit after your 1 hour session.
5. We will have areas for you to leave your shoes & personal belongings when joining the course. Please note that we recommend leaving any valuables at home, in your car or with someone not taking part. All items left within the shoe drop zone are left at the owners risk. Only those who are on the course will have access to the shoe drop zone.
6. You're able to leave the course at any point however, once you exit the arena, we do not permit re-entry. We will have a 'chill out zone' within the XXL course arena for you to take a break if needed.
7. Parents / friends / family will be able to spectate from a distance. Only those with tickets will be permitted into the course arena. A fence line will separate spectators from course participants. For those using the Mini Course, parents will be able to join their child within the arena and walk along the side of the course to monitor their progress. Note that parents are not allowed onto the mini course for the safety of the children.

8. Running late? We will be permitting entry onto the course up until 15 minutes before the end of the session. If you miss your session altogether, please visit the box office to see when the next available slot is. We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals but fees may apply.

11. Tonbridge has a number of town centre car parks. We recommend using car parks located within the town centre on sovereign way. Please follow signs for 'Sainsbury's' or 'Waitrose' for parking. Alternatively, please click here to view other parking locations. Please plan your journey ahead of your visit. There is NO parking available on-site in Racecourse Sports Ground. You will be required to use public parking around the park.
12. Please take note of your session time. It is clearly stated on your ticket download or via the FIXR App as to what your session time is. Please look for the following wording on your ticket, Example: 'XXL Action Arena • ___pm - ___pm Slot'. Cant find your time slot? Please get in touch via info@actionarena.co.uk
13. Thinking of sticking around after your session? No problem! Stay as long as you like. Enjoy some food, grab a drink & soak up the atmosphere.
14. Please make sure you have read our terms and conditions of each course. Height restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of the participants.
XXL Course: Participants must be 1.2m in height or over
Mini Course: Participants must be aged between 2 - 7 years old or under 1.2m in height
15. Dogs are permitted within the spectating area however, they must be on leads at all times. Please ensure you clean up after your dog.
PARKING INFORMATION
Tonbridge has a number of town centre car parks. We recommend using car parks located within the town centre on sovereign way. Please follow signs for 'Sainsbury's' or 'Waitrose' for parking. Alternatively, please click here to view other parking locations. Please plan your journey ahead of your visit. There is NO parking available on-site in Racecourse Sports Ground. You will be required to use public parking around the park.
Please note that individuals using the inflatables at Action Arena or any equipment on-site do so at their own risk. Action Arena and the landowner hold no responsibility for any damage to property, loss of items, or injury that may occur during use. Users are advised to exercise caution and follow safety protocols while engaging with the facilities.
High Winds Cancellations:
In the event of high winds, which present a potential risk to health and safety, refunds will be granted solely for cancelled time slots. Determinations regarding cancellation due to high winds will be made by our inflatable production team.
Should your time slot be cancelled for this reason, you will be notified via email prior to the scheduled start time.

Rainy Conditions:
The event will proceed as planned even in the event of rain. If rain is forecasted during your scheduled time slot, we recommend bringing a change of clothes for added comfort.

Official Event Photography & Videographers
Action Arena employs official photographers and videographers at our event. They are only permitted on the XXL course and around the surrounding site, not the Mini Action Arena course. When entering site & purchasing tickets, you accept that photos and videos will be taken off those participating on the XXL course & may be used for marketing purposes. Photos of the event will be shared on facebook & via our website. If you wish for any photos or videos to be removed, please email info@actionarena.co.uk. We will aim to respond within 24 hours.

Changing of session time:
Session changes are possible up to 7 days prior to the event. We will not be able to change your session within a 7 day window of the event taking place.
No Cancellations or Refunds:
Once tickets have been purchased, we allow a 24 hour cooling off period for refunds to be issued. Apart from this, no cancellations or refunds will be accommodated under any other circumstances.
